By focusing on redevelopment rather than new construction, Prop Chain aims to add value to existing properties, which can be more cost-effective and quicker to market. This approach also allows investors to participate in projects with potential for increased cash flow and appreciation.
He acknowledges the high demand for real estate in Dubai, where properties, such as those on the Palm Jumeirah, often sell out quickly. This demand underscores the need for strong networks and local expertise to access prime opportunities.
